Kjell Meershoek is the artist and founder of PlantArt Gallery. His practice brings more than twenty years of experience with living systems into a contemporary artistic language.
Each PlantArt is conceived, composed and created by Kjell as an original work for a specific place. Living material, form and technology come together in pieces that have a strong visual presence and continue to change through time.
The work began to take its current form in 2020. Since then, Kjell has developed a growing portfolio of bespoke artworks for private collections, professional interiors and public settings.
Projects can be created at any scale and are available worldwide. Long term care and maintenance can be arranged as part of the artwork.
