Extended maintenance
Every 2 to 3 months, more in-depth maintenance is recommended.
This may include:

- Cleaning of filters
- Partial water exchange
- Nutrient balancing
- Pruning and general plant care
This level of maintenance helps preserve both the technical reliability and the biological balance of the artwork.
Support and onboarding
As part of the delivery, each customer receives:

- Spare parts where applicable
- Personal introduction and training
